Farhan Shah - Chief Executive Officer

With a knack for turning big ideas into reality, Farhan Shah is the driving force behind our bold vision and strategic direction. Farhan is a seasoned tech executive with over two decades in leadership roles such as Engineer, CIO, CDTO, CTO, and CISO. His deep experience includes working for Vantage Risk, AIG, Allstate, and GE, where he championed data, analytics, and deep tech innovation.

Farhan’s expertise extends to cloud computing, generative AI, and machine learning, driving value and progress at every level. Beyond his tech leadership, he is a passionate advocate for diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI), as well as environmental, social, and governance (ESG) issues. A frequent public speaker, he shares insights on everything from cutting-edge technology to cybersecurity, exemplifying his commitment to making an impact both in and beyond the tech world.

Caroline Thompson - Chief Underwriting Officer

Caroline Thompson is the Chief Underwriting Officer at Trivora, where she leads the multi-line MGA’s underwriting strategy to drive growth while maintaining profitability.  Additionally she manages the reinsurance and carrier placements and directs the product underwriting. Previously, she served as Chief Underwriting Officer at Cowbell for five years, a leading cyber insurance provider for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs). 

With 15 years of experience in claims and underwriting across Cyber and E&O, Caroline has held various roles at Beazley, Zurich and Argo Pro. While working for a Lloyd’s syndicate, she earned her Award in London Market Insurance. Before joining Cowbell, she was a Senior Underwriting Specialist at Zurich for a total of five years, focusing on E&O and cyber business for fast-growth middle-market businesses.

Amy Kucensky - SVP - Technology and Business Operations

Amy Kucensky is the SVP of Technology and Business Operations at Trivora. She has over 25 years of experience in the Specialty P&C Insurance and Reinsurance industry, specializing in Data Strategy, Data Governance, Policy & Claims Management Information Systems, Data Warehousing, Assumed & Ceded Reinsurance Applications, Financial Applications (ERP Systems), and Statistical & Financial Reporting. She has a proven track record of driving strategic vision, leading teams, and delivering innovative data solutions that enhance reporting, visualization, and operational efficiency.
